This is not an “Old people step class” This is hands on training from experienced personal trainers that will focus on functional fitness while taking into consideration the effects of aging.
Our trainers have the knowledge, patience and compassion to work with mature populations.

*This program will take into consideration the effects of the aging process and which aspects are modifiable through exercise.

Functional training strategies and techniques that can be applied in any type of exercise environment.
*Functional exercises for a wide variety of older clients.
*A safely and effective functional exercise program for low, moderate and high-functioning clients.
*Balance-specific assessments and training strategies to improve balance and reduce fall risk.
*A program to better understand the priorities and goals of the aging population.
Spots are limited as the amount of people per sessions is kept small(6 people max) to ensure the integrity of the client to trainer ratio.
